We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Medical Supplies Coordinator to join our Medical and Technologies team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience within an Administration role and is looking to develop their career within the NHS Supply Chain.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience working on Microsoft Office and be working towards or completed level 3/4 CIPS. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to use clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer complaints for Diagnostics including updating the Navex system and meeting deadlines for containment and investigation of the complaints.
  • Work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on analysing data from multiple sources.
  • Use clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on Microsoft Office.
  • Working towards or completed level 3/4 CIPS.
  • Previous experience within an Administration role is ideal.
