As a Sales Leader in Tradebe's Healthcare division, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales, revenue, and profitability of our customer base. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will identify opportunities to upsell training, e-learning, and other Tradebe services to existing clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing sales leads and pipeline, increasing revenue and profit for our facilities. Proactive engagement with non-NHS organizations to increase waste volumes into the region's disposal facilities will also be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain and develop an effective working relationship with operations to ensure customer service is delivered post-sale in line with customer and contract requirements.
  • To work with customers to check pre-acceptance reports, including the completion of customer pre-acceptance audits as and when required in line with sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Proven Account Management skills
  • Sales / Retention experience
  • Experience of Waste Management is desirable, particularly Clinical, Hazardous Waste. This can include General Waste & Recycling knowledge and experience.
What We Offer

A competitive salary including car allowance, contributory pension, flexible benefits (access to our benefits platform for discounts and cash back on shopping purchases, gyms and leisure activities, cycle to work scheme and dedicated wellbeing centre), estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location.
