Store Manager Opportunity

Yours Clothing is a leading retailer of plus-size women's wear, providing the best value on the UK high street and internet. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving financial objectives and KPIs, identifying customer requirements, and maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. They will also be expected to analyse sales figures, forecast future sales, and manage stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
  • Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior management role in a retail environment, preferably fashion, and be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets. They will also possess a warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with the ability to work well within a team and use their own initiative.
