About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Operative to join our team in West Cumbria. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all requested repairs are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines.


Key Responsibilities


You will be responsible for the Health & Safety of yourself and that of all users of the property during, and after works have been undertaken and completed. This includes ensuring that all works are carried out in a professional and clean manner.


You will also be required to purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only. Vehicles provided by the company will be inspected regularly by employees and kept in a professional and clean condition.


Requirements


You will need a willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver's licence is essential). Security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office are also required.
