About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive repairs to a high standard, ensuring all works are completed within SLA deadlines, and maintaining the Health & Safety of yourself and all users of the property.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK. A valid UK driver's licence is essential. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including on-call requirements and out-of-hours working, to ensure 24/7 emergency cover is provided.
