Senior SEND Service Manager

We are seeking a Senior SEND Service Manager to join our team at InvitISE Ltd, based in London, on an initial 6 month contract. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive daily rate of up to £405 inside IR35.
This position involves managing SEN Caseworkers, overseeing performance management, and driving service improvements. The successful candidate will have expertise in working with children, young people, SEN, and SEND, as well as the Education Act, Children & Families Act, Education Needs, and Tribunals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage EHC Assessments effectively.
