Facilities Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team at 14Forty. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to maintain a high standard of facility management.
  • Ensure the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks.
  • Assist the facilities team with contractor management, ensuring contractors are signed in and out correctly and adhering to site policies and rules.
  • Open and close the building as required.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strive for excellence and take initiative to make decisions that benefit our customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
