About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in North East Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating others, working closely with home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Work closely with home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Champion our residents' independence, using expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across West Norfolk.
