We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service leadership role, preferably in a retail or storage industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
