About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Surgical Directorate management team as a skilled Operational Management Professional. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build excellent working relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

The role involves managing designated specialties, deputising for the Lead Manager, and managing medical staffing issues on behalf of the Director. This is a developmental post that may include rotational placement, duties, and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of budget management, developing services, and implementing change to meet performance targets.
  • Experience of managing teams, undertaking recruitment, managing performance, and sickness and disciplinary issues.
Salary and Benefits
