Job Description: Customer Service Liaison

In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, providing technical support and assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or online chat platforms.
  • Resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Providing regular updates to customers and management on technical support activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in supporting hardware and software systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Salary and Benefits:
