Job Title: AML Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business is compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organise new and in-progress work in support of the AML Analysts who undertake client due diligence.
  • Set up filing systems for clients and counterparties as required.
  • Create and set up new client and counterparty checks in the AML risk assessment system (Compliance Catalyst).
  • Update information in relevant systems.
  • Liaise with clients and client representatives in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration, research, and problem-solving experience.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, organisation skills, and workload prioritisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
