About the Job

We are seeking an experienced AML Specialist to join our team at Travelex. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective AML controls and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring of customer transactions.
  • Investigate suspicious activity reports and provide recommendations for further action.
  • Collaborate with the DMLRO to ensure compliance with AML regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AML, with a strong background in risk management and compliance. They will be able to provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts and contribute to the development of our AML program.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in AML, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
