Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AML Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our team at Taskmaster Resources LTD in Peterborough. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring all mortgage applications meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations and data protection standards.
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients throughout the mortgage application process.
  • Ensuring all client files are maintained in line with FCA guidelines and company policy.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and handling client queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mortgage administration role within a financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market, including different types of mortgage products.
  • CeMAP qualified or working towards a mortgage qualification (though not essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with mortgage advisors, underwriters, and other team members.
