Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member of our global technical writing group, you will collaborate with skilled software engineers to write and publish high-quality technical documentation and associated content for our products and solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience working with industrial software and is proficient in DITA, structured authoring, and component content management systems.
  • Is familiar with professional authoring tools such as Author-it, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or MadCap Flare.
  • Has a strong understanding of architectures and product relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learns complex work through self-learning, training, and shadowing seniors, and works under minimal supervision on advanced, unstructured, and complex tasks.
  • Improves the quality of content, adheres to established standards and guidelines, and delivers on time.
  • Designs, develops, reviews, and publishes high-quality technical documentation.
