Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at TalentTech Recruitment Ltd.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Marketing Managers and Managing Directors
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement sales strategies
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel overseas
