Job Title: Bid Manager

Job Summary:

Concept Resourcing is partnering with a leading waste management firm to grow their strategic bid function. We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end bidding process from research and evaluation to submission and post-bid analysis.
* Chair bid planning meetings and lead bid/no bid decision-making processes.
* Liaise with internal teams, including Contract Management, Sales, Operations, and Compliance.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of securing high-value complex FM, Built Environment, and Waste services solutions.
* Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality narrative under tight deadlines.
