Job Title: Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at ABM. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for writing and managing bids for various sectors, including public and private sectors, transportation, distribution, and historic buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and succinct responses to customer PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs.
  • Work closely with the business development team and specialists to create high-quality bids.
  • Manage and coordinate bid processes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other collaborative working tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and strong command of language.
  • Proven experience in bid-writing and bid-management within the public or private sectors.
  • Eye for detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and collaborative working tools.
