About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Wetherby. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and driving growth within existing house accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders using Salesforce and ensure all orders are entered, confirmed, and followed up with customers promptly.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and lead times, and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist the team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, and maintain and update customer records, tracking interactions and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and other documents, and build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within existing house accounts.
  • Regularly review account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, and proactively reach out to customers with promotions, new product offerings, or solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Help to keep a high level of quality information in Salesforce, thereby maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and activities for the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales administration, account management, or a related role.
  • Solid proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
