We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to join our team at Aztec Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence across our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Manage key operational teams, including food and beverage, conference, reception, spa, and spa treatments, to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager and Leadership Team to develop and implement operational and sales strategies for all areas of the hotel.
- Team Development: Work closely with Heads of Department to support recruitment, retention, and training initiatives, and coach and develop Departmental Managers to achieve their full potential.
- Financial Management: Conduct monthly P&L reviews with managers, reporting results and actions to the General Manager.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role in a Four Star Hotel or above.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
- Commercial Awareness: Thorough understanding of the hotel industry and market trends, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience.
