Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Guest Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to manage key property issues, including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
- Oversee all Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Laundry, and general operations on the property.
- Lead and manage our Guest Operations team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of our Hilton Honors program and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and implement hotel budgets and strategic goals, ensuring that they align with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel management team, ensuring that they are equipped to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Respond to audits and implement improvements to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems and previous experience in the hotel/leisure/service sector.
