Job Title: Content Management Lead

Instagroup Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, assess bid performance, and develop winning strategies.
  • Bid Management and Development: Lead and coordinate the entire bid management process, including reviewing bid invitations, conducting bid/no-bid analysis, and establishing timelines.
  • Proposal Development and Pricing: Develop compelling and persuasive bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses.
  • Bid Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and track bid performance metrics, analyzing win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Post-Bid Analysis and Lessons Learned: Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids.
Requirements:
  • Strategic Mindset: Possess a solid understanding of financial analysis and pricing strategies, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
