About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Loftware, the world's largest cloud-based Enterprise Labeling and Artwork Management provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy, including market assessments and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing strategic and tactical activities.
  • Own the "voice of the customer," interacting with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and document use cases.
  • Define and communicate market opportunities, requirements, and outcomes within an Agile process.
  • Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, working with sales, partners, and key customers to develop positioning and increase market success.
  • Develop new product ideas and enhance existing products based on market knowledge and customer feedback.
  • Define, develop, and disseminate product messages, value propositions, and positioning to optimize revenue and maximize market share.
  • Organize and implement comprehensive product launch plans and define tactical priorities for the product backlog.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology, life sciences, industrial, or consumer products in an enterprise SaaS software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term view on growth metrics and data-based decision making.
  • Strong ownership, bias to action, and ability to succeed in ambiguity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to translate concepts into value-driven outcomes.
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in Agile and proven success as a product owner.
