Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at Butler County Community College. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct service to participants in Child Care and Camp licensed school age programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Site Director, provide positive interaction and engagement with youth throughout the program.
  • Lead activities with an assigned group of children, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Site Director to develop and implement program activities and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
  • Current Butler County Community College student.
  • Federal work study eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
