Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing operations at our new Manchester store. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.

This management position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
