About the Role

Welcome Store (Bengies) is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and products are sold efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels and order stock when necessary.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions.
  • Train new employees on shop procedures and product knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management and inventory control.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and administrative tasks.
