Creative Activities Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Creative Activities Facilitator to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging activities to promote the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
- To plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our service users.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- To participate in statutory training requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
- To have experience of training, teaching, coaching/mentoring others.
- Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
