SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work with a child in Year 1 with ADHD and Autism, following their EHCP to ensure they hit their learning and development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a child with ADHD and Autism in a school setting
  • Following the child's EHCP to ensure they meet their learning and development goals
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing individualized support to the child to help them access the curriculum
Requirements:
  • A caring and nurturing attitude
  • A thorough understanding of supporting pupils with SEND
  • Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Able to provide a CV with employment/education history included, with employment breaks explained
  • The legal right to work in the UK
