Strategic SAP Implementation Lead

We are a leading global organization building a new IT infrastructure. Our goal is to shape and expand our teams, driving the future of our company.
This requires highly skilled professionals to join our SAP IT team as a Strategic SAP Implementation Lead. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of key SAP modules to optimize business processes and align them with our strategic goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage SAP projects, and provide expertise to enhance our overall SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end SAP module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and work with them to develop functional specifications for enhancements.
- Design and configure SAP solutions based on business needs and best practices, analyzing existing business processes and recommending SAP-based solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other SAP module leads and business users to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (e.g., CS, PM, PP, PPM, QM, SD, MM).
- Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and SAP team members.
- Recruit and build high-performing IT SAP teams, helping to build out the business service delivery model.
- Lead teams through the SAP implementation lifecycle, ensuring best practices and project management methodologies are followed, and supporting the SAP landscape by resolving system issues, optimizing configurations, and identifying areas for improvement.
The salary range is based on industry standards, taking into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, SAP certification in a relevant module, and at least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in one or more major SAP modules.
Additionally, you should have experience leading at least two full-cycle SAP implementations as a Lead Consultant and possess strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
