Exciting Opportunity for an Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our prestigious and thriving IFA firm in Bath. This role is within the Employee Benefits team and offers a unique chance to develop expertise in employee benefits.

As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the corporate client executive, manage inboxes, liaise with clients, work with providers, produce reports, and serve as a point of contact for client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the corporate client executive
  • Manage inboxes and respond to client queries
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general ad-hoc administrative tasks
