About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health Improvement Service, located in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Health Improvement Service team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, goals, and objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level education or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
