Job Summary:

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the window and door industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products in the designated region through an existing network of contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company products in designated region through an existing network of contacts
  • Expand the network of contacts and forge relationships with key personnel and decision makers
  • Liaise with Architects, Developers, and contractors to provide technical advice, guidance, and present CPD's
  • Active involvement in developing strategies for growth in regional sales
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with contractors and developers
  • Ensure products are sold in line with the company's specifications and best practices
  • Monitor local market trends/competitors and make recommendations to the management board

Requirements:

  • Solid sales background within the fenestration/construction industry
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and review product specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage own work load and work under own initiative
  • Currently reside in the UK
