Job Summary

You will be working closely with adults who have learning disabilities, providing individualised support to help them achieve their aspirations. This role requires empathy, patience, and creativity, as you will be empowering individuals to take control of their lives.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet, and be willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
