Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St David's nursing home in Ealing. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Lead the care team to achieve excellent outcomes, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Administer medications, manage wounds, and ensure adherence to care procedures and policies.
  • Provide personal care, comfort, and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supervise and appraise staff, implementing changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the manager.
  • Assess prospective clients and residents, completing duty rotas and internal quality audits as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development of staff, assisting the manager in working within agreed budgets.
