Technician Team Lead

Transcomm Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technician Team Lead to join our commercial vehicle depot team. As a Technician Team Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of our workshop, manage a team of technicians, and drive departmental KPIs. Your key responsibilities include planning and managing scheduled events, assigning un-scheduled tasks to technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:- Strong background in automotive experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work under own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
