Lead Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Farnborough, UK. This role offers a competitive salary of GBP55,000 per annum and comes with a sign-on bonus of GBP5,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient completion of tasks within service/delivery schedules. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, scheduling, and completing tasks to meet service/delivery schedules
- Assisting with performance appraisals of team members
- Maintaining a current knowledge of industry developments and regulations
To be successful in this role, you must have advanced knowledge of inspection and heavy maintenance, including aircraft component removal and installation, flight control rigging, engine removal and installation, and major or minor sheet metal/structural repairs or alterations. You should also have advanced working knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials, such as maintenance manuals, IPCs, and structural repair manuals.
