Laboratory Automation Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Automation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining robotic laboratory equipment across the UK & Northern Europe, with occasional travel to the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced technician to develop their skills and advance their career.
The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain robotic and automated laboratory equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement repairs as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Travel to customer sites within the UK & Northern Europe and occasionally to the United States
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in laboratory automation
- Strong knowledge of robotic and automated laboratory equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
