Regional Commercial Manager

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to join their team in the North East territory. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially biased market access plan to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a market access plan to identify and prioritize high-priority accounts across the territory
- Grow the company's unique service offering across all appropriate sectors
- Manage existing relationships with key customers, including Medicines Management, Associate Directors of nursing, Hospital Procurement, Senior Service Managers, Pharmacy and Procurement Leads
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand clinical needs and adapt the company's service and product base to suit
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Wound Care therapy area
Requirements:
- Recent experience within Medical Devices (Wound Care specifically)
- Proven track record in a relevant sales/market access/BDM type role
- Experience of KOL development and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of the changes within the NHS and the challenges and opportunities within the Wound Care therapy area
