Regional Commercial Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to join our team at CHASE. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially biased market access plan for our Wound Care products in the North East territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a market access strategy to drive growth and revenue in the North East territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Medicines Management, Associate Directors of nursing, Hospital Procurement, and Senior Service Managers
- Analyse and interpret healthcare data to identify high-priority accounts and develop targeted sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand clinical needs and adapt our service and product offerings to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the NHS and the challenges and opportunities within the Wound Care therapy area
Requirements:
- Recent experience in Medical Devices, with a focus on Wound Care
- Proven track record in sales, market access, or business development roles
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
