We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Iris Care Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessments, diagnostic, and therapeutic interventions to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing goals
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
