The Contracts Performance and Development Manager is a key role within Breath HR, responsible for overseeing a diverse range of nationally and locally funded programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage staff, including centre managers, coordinators, and project staff, to ensure effective program delivery.
- Manage contract performance, taking action when performance falls below expectations, and coordinate contract delivery to meet business objectives.
- Establish a network of collaborative partners to facilitate learner referrals, engage with employers and stakeholders to promote ETF provision, and work closely with the wider team to maintain quality contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, new contract launches, and referrals, and represent Breath HR at networking events to promote the company's services.
- Provide positive stories and case studies highlighting success, and report contract performance to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service, and will be expected to work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
