An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Performance Information Team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. The team is seeking a skilled Performance Information Analyst to extract data from various information systems, analyze and present the data, and support the design and development of new reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of NHS information datasets, data manual, and IT/reporting systems. They will be responsible for monitoring the Trust's performance against key national targets, providing timely advice and guidance to users, and creating reports to support national service policy.

The post-holder will have a key role in the creation and maintenance of Primary Target List (PTL) reporting systems, develop and implement performance reporting systems, and analyze key performance variances. They will also be responsible for producing Board-level reporting, ensuring statistical analyses are reported with clarity and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL, project management, and the MS Office suite. They will be able to work under their own initiative, lead on specialist projects, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
