Lettings Manager Opportunity

A highly sought-after Lettings Manager position has become available at our esteemed estate agency brand in Wimborne. As a key player in our multi-branch agency, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lettings services across the Dorset area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate market appraisal advice and convert enquiries into business opportunities
  • Drive business growth through strong relationship building and excellent customer service
  • Support and coach the lettings team to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties and liaise with the Finance and Property Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor performance and market conditions
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in Property Management
  • ARLA level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management preferred
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Professionalism and a success-driven attitude
Package:

A competitive financial package of £30,000 basic, with an OTE of £37,500, is available. Monday to Friday working with Saturday morning on a rota basis is required. Please note that a full UK driving licence and own car are necessary for the position.
