Job Opportunity: Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our client's team in Wimborne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales and lettings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to spot business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Negotiate sales and lettings transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential sales and lettings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Local knowledge of the Wimborne area preferred
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership
