About the Role

As Senior Risk Management Expert, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing technology risks across various domains, including platform, information security, and data. Your expertise will help us improve control assurance and testing practices, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

  1. Lead risk assessment exercises to identify and mitigate technology risks.
  2. Develop and maintain our technology risk taxonomy, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  3. Report on risk appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for technology risks, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) functions to enhance the control environment and minimize relevant risks.
  5. Monitor and analyze BAU tasks, including change reviews, incident analysis, and issue tracking.
  6. Participate in ongoing compliance initiatives, such as DORA and operational resilience efforts.
  7. Lead control testing efforts to ensure effective controls and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology risk management and/or audit, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading audits or engagements based on global best practice frameworks, such as CobiT, ITIL, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001/22301.
  • Cybersecurity and business continuity/resilience experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of tech risk, audit, and control testing professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
