About the Role: As a Hotel Duty Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel during peak periods. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and managing guest interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve guest complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
