About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our Sales and Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, and generating new sales within the Watford/Luton SE region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to drive business growth and build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrate system knowledge and effectively manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate new sales within the assigned territory/market by promoting our range of specialty water and process chemicals and monitoring technologies.
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs.
  • Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts.
  • Participate in plant visits, audits/surveys, and trials, where required, and conduct appropriate water analysis/testing and reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales/marketing programs to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory/market.
