About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience caring for older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
