Best Practice Network is a leading organization in the Early Years sector, and we are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a qualified Early Years Practitioner. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity for candidates to gain practical experience and earn a recognized qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children, building strong relationships with families, and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development. This role requires a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a nurturing environment that supports the needs of each child.
  • Establishing effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Designing and implementing activities that meet the diverse needs of children.

We offer a generous annual salary of £6,656 to £11,897.60, which may be subject to negotiation after a probation period. The successful candidate will work a standard 20-23 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts to be confirmed.
