About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner L2 Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while working towards a recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for each child
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a welcoming community
- Develop engaging activities that cater to children's interests and needs
- Assist with daily walking bus services, ensuring children's safety and well-being

Training and Development:
This blended learning approach includes virtual classrooms, webinars, work-based tasks, and online assignments. You will have access to our online platform (BUD) to learn, reflect, and build your portfolio. Regular one-to-one support and tuition from your apprenticeship tutor will be provided.

Requirements:
- GCSE English Language (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE Maths (Grade 4) desirable
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience may be considered
